Batam, Riau Islands, April 27 (Antara) - Three cars were found burned due to their engines explosion at the parking lot of Nagoya Hill, one of largest shopping centers after two store homes there caught fire on Saturday.

"Second floor of the shopping center apparently caught fire, and the fire was then widespread, leading to the cars explosion," said Ali, one of eyewitnesses in the location.

According to him,  he heard six explosions at the counter of "Golden Komunikations Telkomsel" that caught fire at 12.00 noon Western Indonesia Standard Time (WIB). 

"Fire apparently came from the second floor which likely from the pantry following six explosions," Muklis, one of the shopping center's employees added. 

So far several fire brigade trucks have been struggling to put the fire out. (T.SYS/B/Bustanuddin/O. Tamindael)
